Location

Our beautifully renovated 70m² apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a well-kept and green community complex called Bellavista III, with a total of 3 large pools and just 450m from the  Mediterranean Sea. Cabo Roig, a popular tourist destination due to its wide range of recreational and activity options, is located in the region of Orihuela Costa, on the eastern coastline of Spain. 

With over 300 days and more than 3400 hours of sunshine a year, the marina, the many well maintained beaches, the unique natural surroundings, all the different pubs, bars and restaurants, each with their own individual character and vibrant nightlife, the various golf clubs and a large variety of interesting places to explore in the surrounding area, Cabo Roig is ideal for families, adrenaline junkies and sun worshippers alike.

Our holiday home and the communal complex itself is in a prime location: close to the “strip” with supermarkets, doctors, a farmacy, various shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, but at the same time with absolute tranquility and hardly any traffic. The two nearest sandy beaches “Playa de Cabo Roig” & “Playa La Caleta” are just a few minutes’ walk away. The latter has been awarded with a blue flag, a symbol for sustainability and environmental protection, and the local beach bar remains open 365 days a year.

Living-Dining Area

Upon entering our first-floor apartment, you step into a spacious living-dining area, featuring an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable seating area with a large Smart TV. Thanks to its  Ambilight feature and the possibility to watch your favourite Netflix / Amazon Prime / Disney+ movies and series, you’ll be able to end the day just as relaxed as it begun. As we are very aware that an excellent WiFi connection is indispensable nowadays, we made sure that you’ll be able not only to share your favourite holiday memories straight away, but we also wanted to enable you to use our apartment as home office or for your next workation, if you have the opportunity to do so – and let’s face it, where better to work than in a place by the sun with pool view? 

This brings us to the next feature of our beautiful holiday home – the balcony overlooking one of three community pools, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Thanks to its south-east orientation, it is ideal for taking your breakfast or simply enjoying the sun until late afternoon. Later in the day, the balcony is the perfect place for a sun break and in the evening, the view down to the pool area is particularly beautiful, once the lights are switched on and the world becomes quiet. An electric barbecue is available for all barbecue enthusiasts, so you don’t have to miss out on the pleasure of a barbecue.

Kitchen

The recently installed modern kitchen is both spacious and bright, equipped with a stunning granite countertop and a fully functional cooking area, allowing you to feel completely at home and indulge in your culinary skills without limitations. 

The kitchen boasts a multifunctional oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge + freezer, dishwasher, and various useful appliances such as a Tassimo Machine, a blender, a toaster and more. The integrated kitchen counter serves as a functional room divider, an optional extension of the work surface, and a comfortable dining area.

Bedrooms

The accommodation has two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five people. The first one facing the pool is equipped with a large and super-comfortable box-spring bed, the second with a cosy loft bed – particularly popular with our younger guests – which is spacious enough for up to three people (two below, one on top). The ladder can easily be removed, in case the upper part of the bed is not required. If needed, we are always happy to provide you with an extra baby bed for your stay, which naturally comes free of chargeA laundry package is included in the rental price. 

Bathroom

Our modern bathroom is located directly next to the two bedrooms. For your personal wellness factor, you will find a spacious rain shower with a floor made of natural stone tiles, a towel heating that always ensures the ideal towel temperature, and a smart, heated bathroom mirror with integrated light and Bluetooth function. That way you can listen to your favorite music or podcast while you shower or freshen up. 

Last but not least – for those like us, who can’t live without it, there is of course a hairdryer available and a tumble dryer can be found in the bathroom, too. 

Pool Area and Communal Complex

As previously mentioned, our holiday home is located in the Bellavista III complex, which forms a large complex together with Bellavista IV and V. The entire complex is only accessible from the outside with a security code, but you can move freely between the areas within the complex. On the one hand, this is a great advantage because access is reserved for guests and residents. On the other hand, there are private parking spaces inside the complex so that you can park your vehicle there safely at any time. 

What’s more, the complex has a total of 3 large community pools. Even if one of the pools is a little crowded, there is usually a nice spot at one of the three pools to sunbathe, read a book, cool off or splash around in the water at any time of the day. All pools are large enough for you to comfortably swim laps in and at the same time all pools have a shallow non-swimmer area so that nothing stands in the way of safe swimming fun. Various free parasols provide plenty of shade, so that sunbathing breaks are possible at any time. 

Finally, the entire pool and outdoor area is regularly cleaned and maintained so that the complex is clean at all times and contributes to your relaxing holiday experience.

Additional Information About Our Holiday Home

For year-round use, built-in air conditioning (warm/cold) and ceiling fans are installed in all sleeping and living rooms, allowing you to explore Cabo Roig and its surroundings throughout the entire year. Families with small children are provided with a travel cot and a high chair at no extra charge. A washing machine and dryer are available, and high-speed internet is included, making the apartment suitable for a temporary home office

The rental fee covers water usage, towels and sheets, and our holiday home is pet-free and non-smokingElectricity is charged based on usage, and a cleaning fee of 70€ is due upon departure. For any questions or further details, please feel free to contact me at casalarimar365@gmail.com
